Tiny Homes on Wheels.
Yes! We do Tiny Homes! All of our tiny homes are transportable, and we can organise delivery to your door. You will be spoilt for choice, with single level or loft models, open plan or separate living and sleeping areas available. Our standard models include a 50l electric hot water system, reverse cycle air conditioning, 15 amp caravan plug for power, and quick connect standard hose fitting for water. We can also install guttering if you wish to have a rain water collection setup. Options for toilets are flushing, incinerating or composting.
Off Grid Solar Power
We are so excited to announce our ground breaking, first of its kind, solar power set up! This system has been designed, built and installed, by an electrical engineer, whose passion is to see people have access to affordable, clean and reliable energy. We featured this innovative Solar System in our brand new 9 m Kingfisher model, which we displayed at the Hawkesbury Tiny Home Expo, Mothers Day weekend 2023. The Kingfisher has its own designated separate bedroom, and walkthrough bathroom and laundry. No more having to climb upstairs, or use a ladder. Great for those of us with knee and hip issues.
UPDATE. We are now working on a ground mount solar energy system set up. (See graphic.) This can be purchased in conjunction with your tiny house, or added to an existing dwelling. Contact us for more details.
Transport
No transport? No problem! Whether you are considering a tiny home, or a relocatable dwelling, we have options for you. We can organise a tilt tray truck, or towing service. Alternatively we can make arrangements for pick up. Australia wide.
Finance
Do you offer finance? Yes, absolutely. We've partnered with Great Escape Finance who are industry experts in the tricky field of Tiny Home finance. We love them because unlike other companies, there's no lending ceiling other than your repayment capacity. This means you don't have to compromise on your build. Just click on the Finance page in the Menu for more information.
Land
Looking for a place to park your Tiny Home, is no longer the hardest part of going Tiny.
Click on the link in the menu, and you will be taken to "Park my Tiny House", which is a website dedicated to linking up landholders, and clients looking for a place to call home. This is Australia wide, and is owned and operated by our very own Briony Jenkinson. What a great Idea!
